Fairfield's focus is on acquiring land for residential development in the Midlands but we have also undertaken other refurbishment projects across the UK.

Current: Ashbourne, Derbyshire
Fairfield has recently acquired a plot of land which previously had planning for three apartments, we will now be working with our architect and planning consultant to seek planning consent for two 3 bedroom semi detached properties. Build completion target Winter 2025.

Current: Uttoxeter, Staffordshire
Fairfield acquired this 2 bedroom second floor apartment from a well known house builder in May 2024, it was subjected to a full cosmetic refurbishment and lease issues were resolved. It is now on the market with Abode.

Completed: Rugeley, Staffordshire
Fairfield acquired this apartment from a local businessman looking to sell quickly so he could fund his business expansion. We were able to offer a fast completion and paid cash in January 2024, the property was then refurbished and sold to a sitting tenant in September 2024.

Completed: Kingbridge, Devon
Fairfield acquired this one bedroom riverside property in June 2022, a comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken and it has been let as a holiday let continuously since August 2022.
